Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
4 Tablespoons butter
3/4 C. sour cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
paprika
shredded cheddar cheese

Scrub potatoes and pat dry. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until tender. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp and mash. Beat in butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Pile potato mixture back into only 6 of the shells. Sprinkle shredded cheese then sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 425 degree oven for about 15 min. or until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through.
