Sooo yummy and an easy dinner anytime! We make this dish at least every other week.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (they can even be frozen!)
2 tablespoons butter
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons butter
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 onion, finely diced
1 onion, finely diced
1 package frozed mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, and beans)
2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
Place the chicken, butter, soup, broth and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover. Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 45 minutes before serving, place veggies and the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
