2 cups cooked chicken, cubed

1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Toss together then add:

2 cups green grapes
Serve on lettuce leaves with sliced almonds as garnish or in croissants.

Extra yummy on criossants! We didn't use as much celery, but other than that it turned out perfert! Great for those hot days when you don't want to cook anything!
