Lemon Cake

1 package lemon cake mix
1 small package lemon jello
Stir both together; then add
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
Beat as instructed on cake mix package.
Bake in 9 x 14 pan at 350 for 35 to 40 min. Check if done by inserting toothpick in middle and see if it comes out clean. When done remove from oven and turn off heat but close the oven door.
Have Ready:
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tbs ReaLemon Juice
Mix together. Prick cade with fork all over the top, then ice with powdered sugar mixture. Place back in the oven for about 8 min. or intil the icing melts.
