Favorite Pizza Dough and Sauce

Dough
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp. sgar
1 tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. oil
2 1/4 to 2 3/4 cups flour
Mix and knead, let sit while preparng pizza toppings
Flatten into pan let sit for 10 min.
Add Pizza toppings and bake 370 to 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

I like to cook the crust for about 10 minutes and then add the toppings and finish cooking

Sauce
1 15oz can tomatoe sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
