1 package lemon cake mix2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/3 cup powdered sugar, for decoration.
Preheat oven to 375
mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and extract until well blended. drop teaspoons of dough into powdered sugar and roll around. When all covered place on cookie sheet. bake 6-9 minutes. the bottom will be golden brown and the insides will be chewy.
